By accessing or using StageRight (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StageRight provides AI-assisted photo editing for real estate, including virtual staging, decluttering, and style adjustments. Outputs are designed for marketing purposes and MLS-ready exports.

3. User Responsibilities

• You represent that you have permission to upload and process photos.
• You must ensure compliance with your local MLS or governing real estate body.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

4. MLS Compliance

StageRight provides compliance features such as watermarking and disclosure tools. Users are responsible for enabling MLS-compliant exports and disclosing modifications where required. Instructions for prompts are prefixed with instructions for compliance but not guaranteed to be accurate at all times and may need more edits.

5. Payment & Credits

Paid features are billed according to our Pricing page. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitations

Virtual staging is illustrative only. StageRight does not alter property structures and is not liable for damages, disputes, or compliance penalties arising from misuse.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of CA, USA.
